General Acceptance

Age and Identity Verification

• Each person may open only one account — multiple accounts are prohibited.
• You must have a valid Bangladeshi mobile financial service account (bKash, Nagad or Rocket) registered in your own name.
• You must play for yourself and with your own money, not on behalf of anyone else.

Geographic Restrictions

Registration Process

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the mobile financial account that was used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Withdrawals may be suspended until KYC verification is complete.
• If fraud or rule violation is suspected, withdrawals will be cancelled and investigated.

Welcome Bonus

New members at 77abcvip can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

Bonus Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met to withdraw bonus funds:

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (bonus amount × 25).

VIP and Cashback Program

• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the user's overall playing pattern and activity on the platform. Cashback is paid at the end of each week.

General Gaming Policy

All games available at 77abcvip are operated by trusted software providers and results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely fair and impartial.

• All game results are controlled by RNG technology — no one can predict or control the outcome.

Live Casino and Sports Betting

• Once a bet in a live game is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

• If any event is suspended or cancelled, the applicable rules for that bet will be determined according to the service terms.

Closing Your Own Account
